Sales and Lettings Coordinator
Newport, Shropshire I 4 days

We are looking for a welcoming and professional representative to guide prospective clients through
the sales and lettings process.

We’d love to find someone who’s had experience in delivering an excellent service and who not only has a positive and versatile ‘can do’ approach, but a ‘will-do’ determination.

In this role meticulous attention to detail is essential, and you’ll thrive on perfection in every task. You will be responsible for ensuring that service standards are achieved within legislative and regulatory requirements.

Key Duties

  • Drafting Contracts – From tenancy agreements to legal documents, you’ll manage the paperwork seamlessly
  • Making First Impressions Count – Be the welcoming voice on the phone and the smiling face at the door
  • Mastering Enquiries – Handle enquiries like a pro, leaving clients impressed with your professionalism
  • Keeping Things Organised – Maintain property records meticulously, ensuring accurate updates in the CRM system
  • Showcasing Properties – Develop engaging marketing materials that highlight property features effectively
  • Ensuring Compliance – Ensuring the creation and maintenance of all complaint documentation
  • Property matching – Pair tenants and purchasers with their dream properties
  • Coordinating Viewings – From scheduling to hosting, you’ll be the expert of property tours
  • Resolving Issues – Handle tenant queries and maintenance matters with efficiency and empathy
  • Staying Informed – Keep your finger on the pulse of legislative changes and procedures, staying one step ahead

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in use of MS Office and CRM software
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment individually and as part of a team
  • Confident in dealing with clients and customers face to face and over the phone

Key Details
Salary £18,400

Based at our Newport office

Working hours are Monday to Wednesday and Friday 9am 5pm
