Davies White & Perry will accompany all viewings in order to find the most suitable Tenant for your property.

If you’re looking for an estate agent to manage your investment property, we can take the stress away. We offer a non-management service for a single arrangement fee which includes marketing and advertising of the property in order to find a tenant, arranging references, and drawing up the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement to be signed along with collection of the deposit and the first months rent.

OR we offer a full management service for a one-off arrangement fee in addition to a small percentage of each months rent thereafter which includes all of the above but also so much more! As the managing agents we will take all the hassle away, deal with any queries or repairs as they arise (up to a maximum cost agreed with you beforehand), ensure all correct checks are carried out and certified and legislation adhered to, we will also collect (and chase if necessary) the rent then account out to you.
